🥗 Ingredients List
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 Bowl Mixed Vegetables
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
2 tbsp Ghee
Salt – as per taste
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Chilli Powder / Flakes
½ tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchur)
Fresh Coriander – for garnish
1 Bowl Quinoa (soaked overnight & boiled 5 min)
📌 Method
1. Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds.
2. Add onion, sauté till golden.
3. Add tomato + salt, cook till soft.
4. Add mixed vegetables + turmeric, mix well.
5. Pour some water, cover & cook till veggies are soft.
6. Add chilli flakes + dry mango powder.
7. Mix in boiled quinoa.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander & serve hot.
