Crispy Tofu Caesar Sandwich:
1 block Tofu
3 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
French Bread
2-3 tbs vegan garlic butter
Avocado oil for frying

Marinade:
3-4 tbs olive oil
2-3 tbs soy sauce
1/2 lemon juice
1 garlic clove, grated
1 tbs dijon mustard
2 tbs nutritional yeast
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Oregano
Black pepper

Batters:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbs salt
Black pepper
1.5 cup panko
2 tbs freshly chopped parsley
1/4 cup vegan parmesan
1/4 cup chickpea flour
2 tbs flaxmeal
1/2 cup water

Vegan Caesar:
1 cup vegan mayo
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 cup vegan parmesan
1 cloves garlic, grated
1 tbs vegan Worcestershire
1 tbs dijon mustard
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
