🍮 Suji ka Halwa

Ingredients:
1 cup suji (semolina)
1 cup sugar
1 glass milk
3–4 cardamom (elychi)
Chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashews, raisins)
Ghee

Method:
Heat ghee in a pan and roast suji for 3–5 minutes until aromatic.
Add milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
Add sugar, cardamom, and mix well until smooth.
Garnish with dry fruits.
✅ Suji ka Halwa is ready for bhog!

🫘 Chane ki Sabzi (Kala Chana)

Ingredients:
1 bowl boiled kala chana
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp haldi
1.5 tsp dhaniya powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
Oil
Jeera (for tadka)

Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add jeera.
Add boiled kala chana and sauté for 5 mins.
Add haldi, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, black pepper, garam masala, and salt.
Mix well and cook for 3–4 minutes.
