Ingredients👇
1 cup singhada atta
1/4 boiling water
1/2 cup low fat paneer
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup grated beetroot
Dough method 1: pour boiling water to batter and mix it up and let it rest for 5-10 mins
Method 2:
Boil 1/4 water in a saucepan and add 1 cup flour mix and cover it for 10-15 mins
For pumkin sabzi:
Pumkin cut into cubes
1 tblspn ghee
Jeera
Fennel seeds
Methi seeds if you eat in fasting
Curry leaves
Green chillies
Chopped ginger
Sendha salt
1.5 inch jaggery or 2 tblspn sugar
Kashmiri Red chilli powder
Corriandor powder (optional)
1 lemon juice
