Healthy Masala Soya Chaat
Ingredients (2 servings)
1 cup Pure Plated’s Soya Cups (lightly roasted or air-fried for extra crunch)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Your choice of veggies: cucumber, carrot, capsicum, boiled corn, beetroot (finely diced)
1 green chili (optional, finely chopped)
½ tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
½ tsp roasted cumin powder (optional, for earthy flavor)
Salt to taste
Juice of ½ lemon
Method
1. Prep the base – Take roasted Pure Plated Soya Cups in a mixing bowl.
2. Add freshness – Mix in onion, tomato, coriander, and your chosen veggies.
3. Spice it up – Sprinkle red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Toss everything well.
