Ingredients
120 gm Jowar
2 cups water to cook Jowar
1/2 tsp salt

1.5 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds + 1 tbsp ginger finely chopped & 1 green chilli chopped
120 gm finely chopped carrots
100 gm boiled black Chana
30 gm boiled soya chunks (I used Nutri by @mynutrela )
75 gm mix bell peppers
Spices : 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala & salt as taste

Method :
1. Soak whole Jowar for atleast 24-30 hours, it helps for easy digestion and fasten the cooking process too.
2. Now wash soaked Jowar, discard the water. In a pressure cooker, add soaked Jowar, 1/2 tsp salt and 2 cups of water. Pressure cook on high flame for first whistle and then keep the flame medium and cook for 8-10 whistles. Let the pressure release naturally and then strain boiled Jowar.
3. In a pan, add oil, let it hot & then add, cumin, ginger, green chilli.
4. Add kala chana + carrots + boiled soya chunks + mix bell peppers and all spices, mix and cover for 8-10 min on low flame and cook. 5. Then add cooked Jowar, mix well and serve it hot. Add squeeze of lemon and some fresh cilantro.
