📝 Ingredients:

1 cup rava (semolina) – roasted for 2 mins

1 carrot (grated)

1 onion (sliced)

2 tbsp grated coconut

2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)

1 green chili (optional, chopped)

Salt to taste

Water (as needed)

Ghee for cooking

👩‍🍳 Method:

1. Roast rava lightly for 2 minutes.

2. In a bowl, mix rava, carrot, onion, coriander, green chili, coconut & salt.

3. Add water, mix well, and rest for 5 minutes.

4. Knead to soft dough.

5. Grease pan with ghee, pat dough into roti shape.

6. Cover & cook 2–3 mins, flip, add ghee & cook 2–3 mins more.

7. Serve hot with coconut chammanthi 🥥✨
