Ep 08/30 easy weight loss recipes ✨️ Chickpea fritters ❤️

Ingredients: (Makes 5-6)
1½ cup of cooked chickpeas
1/2 medium sized carrot, grated
1/2 medium sized onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, sliced
1/4 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup of coriander leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
2-3 tbsp olive oil for frying

Recipe:
1. Add the chickpeas to a bowl and mash well. Add rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix well until combined. Shape into equal sized patties using your hands and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add the patties. Fry both sides until crisp and serve hot. Enjoyy!!
