Monday- Chicken Stir Fry Noodles
3 TBPS Butter
1 TBSP Minced Garlic
3 TBSP Sugar
4 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Teriyaki Sauce
Stir Fry Vegetable Mix
Spaghetti Noodles
3-4 Chicken Breast Diced

Tuesday- Taco Cups with Spanish Rice
1 Lb Ground Beef
Taco seasoning
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1/ 8 C cooking oil of choice
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1 C White Rice
2 C Water
Soft Shell Tortillas
***Taco toppings of choice

Wednesday- Pork chop & Sheet Pan Veggies
Cooking Oil
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
4-6 Thin Pork Chops
Red Potatoes
Green Beans
Carrots
Broccoli
***Can use whatever veggies you like

Thursday- Baked Rigatoni
Rigatoni Noodles
Jar Pasta Sauce
1 Lb Ground Beef
1.5 C Shredded Mozzarella

Friday- Chicken Tortilla Soup
2 Cups Chopped Chicken (boiled/shredded/rotisserie)
48oz Chicken Broth
1 Can Black Beans
1 Can Corn
1 Can Green Chilies
Taco seasoning
1 Can Cream of Chicken
***Tortilla Chips, Cheese, Sour Cream, Avocado for topping (optional)
