✅ Recipe Ingredients
➡️ For Dough
• Warm milk – ½ cup
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Yeast – 1 tbsp
• Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
• Salt – to taste
• Olive oil – 1 tbsp
➡️ Homemade Garlic Butter
• Butter – 200 g
• Chopped garlic – 2 tbsp
• Oregano – 1 tbsp
• Chilli flakes – ½ tbsp
• Black pepper – 1 tsp
👩🍳 Steps
1️⃣ Mix sugar, warm milk & yeast. Keep aside for 5 mins.
2️⃣ Add flour, oil & salt. Knead into a semi-soft dough. Cover & let rise for 1 hour.
3️⃣ Prepare garlic butter by mixing butter, garlic & spices.
4️⃣ Shape into garlic bread, brush with garlic butter.
5️⃣ Bake at 160°C for 20 mins (air fryer/oven/cooker).
