Ingredients
• 80 g oats
• 30 g unsweetened whey protein concentrate
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• Dash vanilla extract
• 100 ml unsweetened almond milk
• 220 g non-fat skyr yogurt
• 60 g milk chocolate, melted
• 1 medium banana

Method
1. In a bowl, mix oats + WPC + honey + cocoa + vanilla + almond milk until thick.
2. Spread into a clean bowl. Slice banana over the oat layer.
3. Top with skyr, then pour over the melted milk chocolate. Enjoy.
