Ingredients-
* Curry Leaves (about 5-6 stems)
* Dry Red Chillies (3-4)
* Flaxseeds (1/2 cup)
* White Sesame Seeds (1/4 cup)
* Roasted Peanuts (1/4 cup)
* Garlic Cloves (2)
* Dry Coconut (2 tablespoons)
* Salt (to taste)

Recipe-
– In a kadhai, dry roast few curry leaves (5-6 stems) and 3-4 dry red chillies. (Do this process on low to medium flame else curry leaves will burn.)
– Take it out in a plate and let it come to room temperature.
– Now in a kadhai, take 1/2 cup flaxseeds and 1/4 cup white sesame seeds.
– Dry roast on slow to medium flame, till you get crackling sound.
– After that add 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, couple of garlic cloves, 2 tbs dry coconut and salt.
– Mix everything well and roast them further for 5-7 minutes.
– Turn off the heat and let mixture cool down completely.
– Take this flaxseeds mixture into the mixture jar along with the roasted curry leaves and dry red chillies.
– Grind it on pulse mode. The texture should be coarse. Do not make it a fine powder.
– Enjoy this healthy chutney with Dal Chawal and Ghee.
