Bringing you another very simple gut happy mocktail recipe to add to your weekly rotation! Hydrating, refreshing, and perfect anytime of the day!

Ingredients:
1 -2 limes
8-10 mint leaves
1-2 tsp raw honey
1 shot aloe Vera juice (optional)
Crushed ice
Sparking water

Instructions:
Slice up the lime in both wedges & thin round slices. In a tall glass add lime wedges, mint, honey and muddle (use a spoon if you don’t have a muddler.) Add aloe Vera juice, crushed ice, and sparkling water. Stir to mix and garnish with the lime slices and mint.

For my pregnant mamas leave out the aloe Vera juice and add in more sparking water 🫶
