Loaded with veggies sandwich
1/2 cup cabbage chopped
1/2 cup capsicum chopped
1/2 cup onion chopped
1/2 beet root grated
2 green chilli chopped
1/2 cup hung curd
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 slice cheese cubes
Butter as require

In a bowl take all veggies. Add salt pepper hung curd mix well.
Apply butter on bread both side. Apply one side pizza pasta sauce,another slice apply mayonnaise.Spread veggies evenly,Grate the cheese on top cover with another slice and roast on tawa . Once it get golden brown, cut in triangle shape and enjoy…. …
