This Diwali, ditch the deep-fried and say hello to a light, crunchy & guilt-free snack that everyone will love 🧡
Perfect with chai, perfect for festive gifting, and SO easy to make — in just 10 minutes!
🛒 Ingredients:

• 1 cup murmura (puffed rice)
• 1 cup makhana
• 10–15 curry leaves
• 3–4 green chillies (slit)
• ¼ cup peanuts
• 12–15 cashews
• 12–15 almonds
• ¼ tsp red chilli powder
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder
• ¼ tsp coriander powder
• ½ tsp chaat masala
• 2 tbsp oil

👩🏻‍🍳 Recipe:

1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, add murmura, makhana, curry leaves, green chillies, peanuts, cashews, and almonds.
2️⃣ Sprinkle red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and chaat masala.
3️⃣ Drizzle oil and mix everything gently but well.
4️⃣ Transfer to an air fryer basket and air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through for even roasting.
5️⃣ Let it cool completely — and your Diwali special healthy chivda is ready to serve! 🪔✨
