• Multigrain flour – 2 cups 🌾
• Instant yeast – 1 & ½ tsp
• Sugar – 1 tbsp (helps yeast activate)
• Salt – ½ tsp
• Oil – 2 tbsp (olive or any neutral oil)
• Yogurt – 2 tbsp (makes it soft)
• Warm water – about ¾ cup (adjust as needed)

1. Activate the yeast:
In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it rest for 10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
2. Prepare the dough:
In a large mixing bowl, add multigrain flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture, yogurt, and oil.
3. Knead well:
Knead for about 8–10 minutes until you get a soft, smooth dough. Add a little more warm water if needed.
4. First proofing:
