🧀 Paneer Bhurji Recipe (Dhaba Style)
Ingredients:
Paneer (crumbled) – 200 g
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
Green chili – 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Haldi (turmeric) – ¼ tsp
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala – ¼ tsp
Salt – as per taste
Oil or ghee – 1½ tbsp
Fresh coriander – for garnish
👩‍🍳 Method:
Step 1: Prepare Paneer
Grate or crumble paneer and keep aside.
Step 2: Make the Masala
Heat oil/ghee in a pan.
Add chopped onions — sauté till light golden.
Add green chili and ginger-garlic paste — fry for 30 seconds.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft and mushy.
Add haldi, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt — mix well.
Step 3: Add Paneer
Add crumbled paneer and mix gently.
Cook for 2–3 minutes on low flame (don’t overcook or paneer will turn hard).
Sprinkle garam masala and mix.
Step 4: Garnish
Add fresh coriander leaves and mix well.
🍽️ Serve With:
Paratha, roti, or toasted bread
Also great as a sandwich stuffing or roll filling
💡 Tip:
Add a spoon of butter at the end for that rich dhaba flavor 🧈
