Today we wanted to follow up on our meal prep efforts by offering you 2 different meals we prepared this past week. That’s right, 2 distinct meals! How awesome is that?

Meal prepping healthy meals can be difficult, but with a plan in place and some accountability it becomes a lot easier to manage. So, go ahead and steal these two great meal preps so you can eat healthier this year.

No vegan ideas on our menu. Instead, we lose weight with portioned out meals in these nifty containers we got at Aldi and daily exercise. Seriously, it’s as simple as calories in, calories out.
