360-Calorie Stracciatella Chia Pudding (1 Serving)
Chia pudding is a versatile and quick way to get healthy fats, fibre, and protein into your diet. This recipe gives you the classic “stracciatella” (chocolate chip) flavour.

The consumption of chia seeds dates back to ancient Aztec and Mayan cultures, where they were used as a staple food and were even thought to have magical powers.

INGREDIENTS (Makes 1 Serving):
• 150g (approx. 2/3 cup) 0% Greek yogurt
• 80ml (approx. 1/3 cup) milk (any type)
• 1 tsp of honey
• 20g (approx. 1.5 tbsp) of chia seeds
• 15g (1 tbsp) of dark chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine Ingredients: In a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid, combine the Greek yogurt, milk, honey, chia seeds, and dark chocolate chips.
2. Mix: Close the jar and shake it very well for 30–60 seconds to ensure the chia seeds are fully incorporated and not clumping at the bottom.
3. Chill: Leave the jar in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight, for the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken into a pudding consistency.
4. Serve: Your stracciatella-style pudding is ready to eat!
