1 cup of cooked monggo seasoned with salt and pepper
600 grams daing bangus cooked
2 cups of mashed sweet potatoes (olive oil, salt, pepper)
2 cups of cabbage cooked with olive oil, salt and pepper
600 grams of dory fish and salmon
5 cloves of garlic
3 cup of mashed kamote
3 boiled eggs
1 ½ cup cooked monggo
500 grams of ground chicken
1 can of crushed tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
1 red onion
1 can of red beans
Salt and pepper to taste
