Recipe

I. Ingredients:

1 head of lettuce
1 potato
1 carrot
2 eggs
30g onion
1 bell pepper
1 lemon
2 garlic cloves
II. Instructions:

Rinse all ingredients thoroughly.
Chop the lettuce into small pieces.
Cut the potato and carrot into chunks.
Steam the potato and carrot chunks together with the eggs for about 40 minutes. Remove the eggs earlier if fully cooked.
Finely chop the onion and bell pepper.
Crush the garlic cloves into minced garlic.
III. Mixing:

Place all prepared ingredients in a large bowl.
In a small pan, heat 5g of Sichuan peppercorns with 10g of avocado oil until smoking.
Pour the hot oil and peppercorns over the ingredients to release their fragrance.
Squeeze in fresh lemon juice, add 3g of sesame oil, and sprinkle with McCormick Parsley & Garlic Salt to taste.
Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
