Ingredients:
1.5tsp Yeast
2tsp Sugar
2cups Warm Water
1.5cups Ragi Flour (200gms)
1/2tsp Salt
3tbs Psyllium Husk
2tbs Olive Oil
Step 1 : Add in Yeast Sugar and lukewarm water mix and rest for 10-12minutes
Step 2 : Once the yeast is fully activated add in salt Ragi flour, psyllium husk,olive oil and mix
Step 3 : Initially while mixing it would be runny don’t panic while mixing gradually it will form like dough
Step 4 : Once it forms like dough texture then close and rest until the dough doubles in size
Step 5 : Roll the dough gently using your hands and place in the greased tin and cover n rest for another 1 hour
Step 6 : Once the dough rises give it a milk wash and sprinkle seeds of your choice
Step 7 : Bake @200c in preheated oven for 30minutes
Step 8 : Once baked apply butter and cool down completely
Step 9 : Once cools down slice n enjoy
