High-Protein Kiwi Smoothie that contains 25g of protein per serving and no protein powder 🤩. The Greek yoghurt I use contains 13g of protein per 100g. You could add a scoop of vanilla protein powder for extra protein💪🏻

This recipe makes 2 servings:
2 kiwis
1 banana (use a frozen one for a thicker smoothie)
1 cup spinach (240 ml)
1 1/2 cups (lactose-free) nonfat/low-fat Greek yoghurt (360 ml / about 375g)
1 – 2 tablespoons lemon juice, to taste
2 tablespoons chia seeds + 1/2 cup milk (120 ml)

1. Soak the chia seeds in the milk for about 20 minutes, or you can soak them overnight to save time in the morning
2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
