Frozen Yogurt Bark with Berries

Ingredients:
• 2 cups Greek yogurt
• 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to your preferred sweetness)
• 2 tbsp almond milk (or any milk of choice)
• 1 cup mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 tbsp crushed nuts or granola (optional for crunch)

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and almond milk until smooth.
2. Spread the mixture on parchment paper over a tray or plate.
3. Add your berries, then sprinkle chia seeds and optional toppings.
4. Freeze for 3–4 hours or until firm.
