Breakfast : 6 egg white+2slice of bread= 220 cal
Lunch : 250g rice+200g chicken+1 bowl daal = 650 cal
Before workout : 2 Banana= 120 cal
After workout : 1 spoon whey protein+1apple= 260cal
Dinner : 4 roti + 80gm black pea= 600cal
Total calories = 1.850 kcal
