# Fast and Healthy Salad to Help You Lose Weight

4 cups arugula
1 sweet potato
1 onion
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp oregano
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
cheese(optional)

Sauté the sweet potato and onion with seasoning for 10 minutes,stirring occasionally .
To a large bowl add arugula on the bottom,then add the sautéed sweet potato.Top with pomegranate seeds and cheese.

If you are vegan skip the cheese.
You can customize it to your liking.
