Hey, it’s Alex and welcome to VeganliciousTreats! Today I am showing you three different dishes you can create, all with ingredients from the 99 Cents Only Store. The 99 Cent Only Stores is a chain of dollar stores that sells groceries (and other items) for mostly 99 cents. For this challenge, I only purchased items from this store, with two expectations. The two exceptions are that I did not purchase spices as I assume people already own these items, and I did not purchase oil as if again, I assume people already have oil in their pantry. In this video, I created lentil ceviche, a Mexican bowl, and lemon pepper lentils.
