Hey everyone! In today’s video, I thought I would share with you my favourite healthy dessert/treat! It’s a #TGBGlowSkinRecipe that includes some antioxidant boosting ingredients to not only taste good but be good for you!

Note this is my first time trying to film a recipe video, and granted I need to work on my skills (and lighting). But nonetheless, I hope you take something from this video and enjoy this tasty and guilt free treat!

Also I want to add that I added about another cup of chocolate because I didn’t want the bark to be too thin. Depending on your sheet pan, you may need to use less or more!

INGREDIENTS:
– 3 cups high quality dark chocolate (I used Bulk Barn Premium Quality Extra Dark Chocolate Waffers)
– 2 tablespoons organic virgin coconut oil
– 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
– 1/4 cup dried cherries
– 1/4 cup toasted coconut flake
– 1/4 cup raw sliced almonds
– Generous Sprinkling of sea salt flakes (or pink Himalayan rock salt)
