In this quick video, we’ll show you how to make this amazing low calorie meal, that can easily become part of your diet. It only takes 10 minutes!

You’ll need:
1/3-1/2 Cup of Oat flour (Pulse oats in a blender, it’s cheaper)
1C of RICED Cauliflower (i get mine from Trader Joe’s)
1/2 tsp baking Powder
and 1 egg (to keep it vegan, use a flax/chia “egg” but make sure to take care when flipping, because it won’t hold as well)
