Ingredients:
200g cornmeal
200ml boiling water
3 eggs
10g sugar
5g yeast
50ml water
300g flour
20g cooking oil
Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Raisins
(can be substituted with other fillings)
Place in a steamer and let rise for 10 minutes.
Steam for 15 minutes (start timing after the water boils), then turn off the heat and let it sit for 3 minutes.
