Agar aap apna weight kam karna chahte hain, to aap kuch bhi khaa sakte hain. Aap chicken kadhai, mutton kadhai sab kuch khaa sakte hain. Magar condition ye hai ki aapne wo chicken kadhai, mutton kadhai sirf 1 tablespoon oil mein banani hai. Aur koshish karein ki oil olive oil, coconut oil, desi ghee, mustard oil ho.
Jab bhi main kisi ko bolti hoon ki aapne 1 tablespoon oil mein cooking karni hai, to aksar 99% log mujhe kehte hain ki “yeh ho hi nahi sakta, itne kam oil mein kaise banega?”
Toh main aapko abhi bana ke dikhaati hoon. It is possible! Bada fit food ban sakta hai.
Abhi jo main meal bana rahi hoon, uske liye main olive oil use kar rahi hoon. Koshish karein ki aap non-stick cast iron ka non-stick pan lein. Aur dekhein, thode se oil mein maine onions daal diye aur inko saute kar diya. Ab main chahti hoon ki aap gaur se dekhein — koi extra oil nahi hai.
Sari baat hamare method of cooking mein hai. Jitna aap oil ka use kam karenge, utni aapki food calories kam hongi.
Toh is pan ko dekhein. Maine thoda sa oil dala tha, lekin consistently onions ko saute karte rehna hai aur wo golden ho jaayenge. Aur aapko kisi extra oil ki zarurat nahi hai.
Jitna aap cooking mein oil kam karenge, calories kam hongi. Maine ginger garlic paste add kar diya. Isko bhi dekhein, bartan mein abhi bhi koi extra oil nahi hai.
Yeh meri recipe hai — main keema bana rahi hoon. Keema add kar diya maine. Aap apni recipe bhi use kar sakte hain. Ab dekhein — sirf aur sirf koi oil nahi hai.
Maine 2 chicken cubes add kar liye. Ab keema apna water release kar raha hai. Aur dekhein thode-thode droplets hain, bartan mein koi oil nahi hai.
Oil kam karna hai, jitna oil kam hoga, khane ki calories kam hongi. Main keema bana rahi hoon, aap keema khaa sakte hain. Chicken kadhai, mutton kadhai dhire-dhire saute karte rahiye.
Aur zyada masale dalne ki zarurat nahi hai. Jitne kam masale, utna natural flavor. Yeh tomato paste aa gaya. Jitna natural flavor aap lenge, utna aapki health ke liye acha hoga.
Thoda sa maine garam masala, haldi daali hai. Aur bas, end pe green chilli aur dhaniya add kar diya.
