Method..
1. 1 cup Rice and 1 cup moongdal dry roast three minutes.
2. Wash it of both together and cook in pressure cooker for 3 whistle.
3. Divide Rice for 2 half for sweet pongal and half for khara pongal.
4.heat a pan with ghee add kismiss, cashew nuts, pista and almond then add it in half mixture of rice this is a sweet pongal part.
4. Take 1 cup of water add 1 cup jaggery to dissolve it completely in water then add the mixture into sweet pongal.
For khara pongal in a pan heat 1 cup ghee add cumin and mustard seeds ,groundnuts into it , whole red chilli, curry leaves cashew nuts and black pepper seeds into it then add the mixture into left over Rice then add 1 cup of water cook it for 3 minutes our healthy sweet and khara pongal recipe is ready to serve
