Ingredients

1 cup gram flour
½bowl spinach paste
½tsp coriander powder
½tsp cumin powder
½tsp chili powder
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tsp dry coconut powder
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste

Method

1 – Mix 2 cup water and salt in gram flour. Beat it properly and keep aside.

2 – Heat 1 tbsp oil in medium flame. Add all dry masala & cook it for 5-6 second. Then add spinach paste in it. Cook it till it become thick. It takes 3 to 4 minute in medium flame.

3 – Grease a plate in oil. Pour spinach & gram flour batter on grease plate. Make it in a thin layer. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

4 – Heat a pan in medium flame, add 2 tbsp oil in it. Then add pinch of asafoetida , 1 tsp mustard seeds and grated ginger in hot oil. Pour tadka over khandvi.

5 – Cut it in length & then roll it. Arrange khandvi in a plate. Garnish with dry coconut powder and coriander leaves.
