Vegan Strawberry Milkshake is a perfect treat for those hot summer days when temperatures are high & you need something tasty yet healthy to get your energy back. The coconut milk not only makes this a vegan drink but also makes it uniquely tasty.
Strawberries are great source of vitamin c and potassium. Strawberries contain folate which is important for normal tissue growth and cell function and is a fundamental nutrient for pregnant women and older adults.
Cashews are rich in heart- healthy fatty acids as they do not have cholesterol. Cashews are very good source of antioxidants with high protein content.
Coconut milk is rich in short and medium chain of triglycerides which are considered as healthy. It contains antioxidants. It is very good for hair and skin health.

Ingredients:-
1 cup – Fresh coconut milk
1/4 cup – Cashew cream
7-8 no’s. – Fresh strawberries
1 tbsp – Maple syrup
1/4 tsp – Vanilla essence
Instructions:-
1. In a blender add fresh coconut milk, cashew milk, fresh strawberries, vanilla essence, and maple syrup.
2. Blend everything to get smooth consistency and vegan strawberry milkshake is ready.
3. Serve it with chopped strawberries on it.
