Soak in water for 4 hours
Grind to paste
Oats-1 cup
Red chili powder-1 tbsp
Coriander powder-1 tbsp
Chopped green chilies-3
Crushed ginger-1 tbsp
Chopped onions-1/2 cup
Coriander
Water as required
Oil for deep fry
