High-Protein Waffles (43g Protein!) | Easy Healthy Breakfast Recipe

These easy protein waffles are one of my go-to breakfasts – fluffy, macro-friendly and packed with 43g protein per serving. Perfect if you’re trying to build strength, support muscle or hit your daily protein goals.

This recipe makes 3 waffles and you can easily scale it up or down.

⭐ Protein Waffle Recipe (High-Protein, Low-Fat, Easy)

Ingredients (makes 3 waffles):
40g oat flour (just blitz oats)
1 large egg
3 tbsp egg white (40ml)
100g 0% fat high-protein yoghurt
20g protein powder
œ tsp baking powder
50ml milk of choice

Instructions:
1. Heat your waffle maker.
2. Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter.
3. Add ⅓ of the batter and cook for 7 minutes; repeat for all waffles.
4. Add your favourite toppings – I used yoghurt, berries, and a chocolate drizzle.
