Ingredients:

For Sweet Potato Burger:
• 2 Brioche/Multigrain Buns
• 250 gms Sweet Potato
• 100 -150 gms Mixed Beans
• 1 tbsp Fresh Herbs
• 1 tsp Sangi’s Kitchen Chilli Flakes
• 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika/Peri Peri Seasoning
• 1 tsp Golden Harvest Cumin Powder
• 3-4 tbsp Desi Atta Oat Flour
• Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
• Golden Harvest Black Pepper To Taste
• 1 tsp Ketchup
• 3 tbsp Spicy Mayo
• 1 small Lettuces/Baby Spinach
• Tomato
• Onion

For Sweet Potato Burger with Sweet Potato Chips:
For Sweet Potato Chips:
• 400 gms Sweet Potato
• 1 tbsp Fresh & Pure Oil
• Golden Harvest Sea Salt To Taste
• Sangi’s Kitchen Garlic Powder

Method:
Sweet Potato Burger
1. Take a mixer jar, add a bowl of cooked mixed beans, mashed sweet potato, fresh herbs, and chilli flakes.
2. Put salt as per taste, black pepper to taste, smoked paprika, ketchup, cumin powder and Pulse it all at intervals.
3. Add oats flour to this filling and Mix it all together with fingertips.
4. Make a patty out of the mixture. Refrigerate it for about 20 minutes.
5. Take a grill pan, grease it with oil, place the burger buns, apply oil to them as well and Grill the bun lightly on both sides.
6. Now in a saucepan, add oil, place the patties and Cook it nicely from both sides until golden brown.
7. Take a burger bun, apply chipotle mayonnaise, lettuce, mixed bean patty, tomato, onion and place the bun over it all.
8. Burger is Ready to eat with any dip/sauce of your choice. Serve with Chips and French fries.  

Sweet Potato Chips
1. Take a grater and thinly slice the sweet potato.
2. In a baking tray with parchment paper, place the sweet potato pieces, season them with sea salt and dry garlic powder.
3. Microwave the chips for about 2 minutes, Flip them halfway accordingly and Microwave again for a minute.
4. Serve them in a plate with any dip/sauce of your choice.
