1 cup Gehu Daliya

4 tbsp Desi Ghee

1 cup Gud (grated/powder)

2 cup water

8–10 Kaju (kata hua)

8–10 Badam (kata hua)

1 tbsp Kishmish

20 g coconut

1/2 tsp Elaichi Powder

1/2 tsp Nutmeg (grated)

Ghee mein daliya bhune → dry fruits bhune → pani + doodh dalein → 3–4 seeti → gas band → gud & elaichi milayein → ready 😋
