Left Over Rice 2 Cup
Curd 1/2 Cup
Water 1/2 Cup
Rock Salt
Clay Pot

⚡️Tadka :

Ghee / Oil
Cumins
Mustard
Onion
Garlic
Green Chilli
Curry Leaves 🍃

✅️ Instructions ⤵️

1. Add 2 Cup Left Over Rice in Clay Pot 🍚
2. Add Curd and Water and Cover It to Ferment it Overnite.
2. Add Salt and Jeera Powder . Mix well.
3. Add Tadka of Jeera , Mustard , Garlic , Curry Leaves, Green Chilli and Onion
4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately! 😋
