Amla Sattu Protein Sprinkle | India’s Most Underrated Protein Hack | Day 2
Most people drink amla juice and throw away the fibre.
In this video, I turn leftover amla fibre into a simple amla sattu protein sprinkle using everyday Indian pantry ingredients.
This is not a protein powder, but a small, mindful protein boost you can easily add to daily food.
Why this works:
• ~35 calories per spoon
• Adds ~2g protein
• No protein powder
• Anti-waste & vegetarian
• Easy Indian pantry ingredients
You can eat it as is, sprinkle it on fruit, or mix it into yoghurt for an easy daily protein habit.
Ingredients used:
-Amla fibre (from fresh juice)
-roasted gram flour (sattu)
-roasted cumin powder
-black salt
-chilli flakes
-dry ginger
👉 Comment “AMLA” and I’ll share the exact method + ratios.
This video is part of my desi protein series, where I share unique sattu-based recipes you won’t usually see in India.
