2-3 eggs
1 large potato (peeled,cut into small cubes)
1small bell pepper (seeded,cut into small cubes)
1-2 tomatoes (cut into small cubes)
1 small red or white onion (chopped)
2-3 tbsp chopped spring onions
2-3 tbsp cooking oil or olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
