Quick and healthy Breakfast Ideas When In A Hurry or when you are super busy
Recipe 1 : Green Smoothie
Kale – 1 cup
Frozen fruits – 11/2 cup
Chia seeds – 1 tbsp
Flax seeds – 1 tbsp
Hemp hearts – 1 tbsp
Pumpkin seeds – 1tbsp
Cinnamon – 1 tsp
Coconut water – 1 and 1/2 cup
Procedure : blend all the ingredients together and breakfast is ready❤
Recipe 2 : Avacado egg Toast
Avacado – 1
Boiled egg – 1
Slice of bread 🍞- 2
Salt and pepper
Procedure: Toast the slices of bread, spread Avacado on it. Slice the boiled eggs and place it on bread. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
Recipe 3 : peanut butter and banana toast.
Peanut butter
Banana 🍌-1
Slice of Bread – 2
Procedure: Toast the slices of bread. On to toasted slice of bread apply peanut butter evenly and top it with slices of banana.
Recipe 4 : Oatmeal
Ingredients:
Almond milk -1 cup
Oatmeal -1/2 cup
Almonds – 2 tbsp
Dried cranberry – 2 tbsp
Chia seeds – 1 tbsp
Flax seeds – 1 tbsp
Hemp hearts – 1 tbsp
Maple syrup – 1 tbsp
Toppings:
Banana
Blueberries
Pumpkin seeds – 1tbsp
Procedure:
Add oatmeal and milk in a pan. Let them simmer for 1 minutes, Then add all the nuts and seeds and simmer for another 2 minutes until oatmeal has absorbed all the liquids. Drizzle maple syrup for sweetness and top it with blueberries slice of bananas and pumpkin seeds.
