1 apple

3 small ripe banana

½ cup oats (roasted)

1 mug milk

2-4 ice cubes (or freeze the banana and omit the ice cubes

1 tsp soaked chia seeds

4 walnuts n cashew nuts

1 Dates

Cinnamon powder n saffron for garnishing

How to make smoothie :

Chop up the apple and banana. 

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
