Now, let’s make the dough. In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt and water to form a soft dough. Divide the dough into small balls.
Roll out each ball into a small circle, place a generous spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center, and fold the edges to seal it. Gently roll it out again into a chapati.
Heat a tawa and cook the chapati on both sides until golden brown. Brush with ghee for extra flavor.
