Almonds, Honey, Cinnamon & Dates Soaking Recipe
Ingredients:
5–6 Almonds
2–3 Dry Dates (seed removed)
½ teaspoon Cinnamon powder (or a small cinnamon stick)
1 teaspoon Pure Honey
1 glass Warm water (or normal drinking water)
Method:
Soak overnight
Put almonds and dates in a glass or bowl.
Add water and cover it.
Leave it overnight (8–10 hours).
Morning preparation
Peel the almond skins (optional but recommended).
Add soaked almonds, dates, and the soaking water into a blender.
Add cinnamon & honey
Add cinnamon powder and honey.
Blend well until smooth.
Serve
Drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
