Morning vitamins: Seed probiotic, Mary Ruth’s Vitamin D3 spray, and a brazil nut for selenium

Breakfast: Nourish & Glow Grace & Greens smoothie in preparation for the pop up happening at the Raleigh Bomb Bar

Lunch: Mediterranean roasted chicken & sweet potato bowls (CAVA copycat)

Snack: Satsuma mandarin orange

Dinner: Blistered-edge cabbage steaks with blackened chicken & creamy lemon sauce

Dessert: No-bake chocolate peanut butter super seed cookie
