I am planning to include weight loss recipes on my channel going forward. So, today’s recipe is a healthy breakfast that’s made with finger millet( Ragi flour ). I made it in 2 ways. One that’s a sweet porridge and other spicy version. It’s a complete meal by itself and is extremely beneficial for weight watchers. It’s high in iron, calcium and amino acids and makes a healthy option at the start of the day. Try it and you will love it and make it often.
