Hello everyone,
Today am presenting a healthy snack to munch on that’s protein and fibre packed. Extremely beneficial for weight watchers. It’s none other than phool Makhana or Fox nuts. I make these atleast once a month and they are good to go in snack pots for my kids and husband. They stay fresh and crisp for a month if stored in an airtight container at room temperature. I made them in 3 ways to suit taste buds of different people in my family. My toddler is a die hard fan of caramelised Makhana that I made with jaggery and sesame seeds. My daughter likes the simple pepper roasted Makhana and for us I made the spicier version with home made peanut powder ( the peanut powder recipe is on my channel). That’s it. Easy peesy and also a good carry on for day trips and holidays. I have mentioned the detailed procedure on the video. I hope you all like it and give a try.
