𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒆:
*Full Cream Milk- 1ltr
*Sweet Potato- 350gm (peeled, grated)
*Dates-7-8 (chopped)
*Grated Coconut- 3-4 tbsp
*Cardamom Powder- 2 tsp
* Pistachio- 1/8 cup (chopped)
*Jaggery Powder- 1 tbsp
*Ghee- 1 tbsp
𝑴𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒅:
♥Boil milk for 15 mins.
♥Add grated sweet potato, grated coconut, cardamom powder, chopped dates,nuts & cook till thick.
If you’re making the kheer that’s all you’ve gotta do.
For the Halwa:
♥Keep cooking on low heat till all the milk evaporates & the mixture is thick.
♥Add ghee & jaggery powder & cook further till the halwa is brown.
♥Garnish with nuts & serve warm
