Ingredients:
dates-12
almonds-15
walnut-10
cashews-15
raisins-15
ghee-1 tsp
white sesame seeds-1 tsp
poppy seeds-1 tsp
grated coconut-2 tbsp
cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
Procedure:
-Remove the seeds from the dates and add it to the blender.
-Grind it to a coarse paste and keep it aside.
-In a sauce pan add ghee,when it heats add sesame seeds and poppy seeds,saute until it pops.
-Add grated coconut and fry till light brown.
-Add chopped cashews,walnuts,almonds and raisins ,saute in medium flame till the nut become crunchy.
-Add the grinded dates and mix well until well combined.
-Once combined add cardamom powder and mix.
-switch off and transfer to a clean surface
-Roll to form a cylindrical shape and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
-Wrap with the aluminium foil and keep it the freezer for an hour.
-After an hour remove the foil and cut into pieces.
